We’re excited to invite you to apply for a vendor spot at the 2025 Off the Wall Soccer Tournament, the largest weekend soccer festival in Eastern North Carolina! This year’s tournament will be held on Saturday, November 8th, 2025, at Onslow Pines Park in Jacksonville, NC.

Following the success of our inaugural event, we’re expecting an even larger turnout, with 20+ teams, over 200 participants, and an anticipated 1,000+ attendees throughout the day. It’s a fantastic opportunity to showcase your business to a lively and diverse crowd.

The festival will feature:

• An inflatable soccer field

• Youth matches for players ages 8–12

• Bounce houses and kid-friendly activities

• Food trucks, retail vendors, and brand marketing booths
  
  

We’re offering vendor spaces for food, retail, and promotional partners. All spaces will be 10x10 ft, located in high-visibility areas, and priced at $50 per space.

Vendor spots are limited and are filled on a first-come, first-approved basis.

Important Notes:

• Applications are due by September 15, 2025, or earlier if all spaces are filled.

• Your application is not considered complete until payment is received.

• If your application is not accepted, your payment will be refunded.

• Once accepted, no refunds will be issued for no-shows.
  
  

To ensure a successful and diverse event, we accept only one vendor per product category, with exceptions made for specialty items such as woodworking, crafts, or other unique offerings.
